PUBLIC NOTICEROAD FILE DECLARED (ROAD FILE NO. A223) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to John Doe, the unknown heirs of John Doe, deceased; Jane Doe, the unknown heirs of Jane Doe, deceased; andPUBLIC NOTICE is also given to all other persons having any interest in and to the following described proceedings for the establishment of said public highway or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the following described property:That a petition signed by ten (10) or more persons, residents and real property taxpayers of Maricopa County, Arizona, has been presented to the Board of Supervisors, praying for the establishment of a public road described as follows:A roadway known as 104th Street lying within Crestview Manor, a subdivision of a portion of the Southwest quarter (SW1/4) of Section Fourteen (14),recorded in Book 288, page 44 of Maps, MCR, and also shown in Crest View Park, a subdivision of part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter (SW1/4SE1/4) of said Section 14, recorded in Book 77, page 50 of Maps, all , in Township One (1) North, Range Seven (7) East, of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County Arizona; together with, the East 30 feet of the East 165 feet of the North 85 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SE1/4NE1/4SE1/4SW1/4) of said Section 14; and the East 40 feet of the (NE1/4NE1/4SE1/4SW1/4) of said Section 14. (Said alignment is also known as 104th Street, from University Drive to Quarterline Road of Maintenance in Supervisor District No. 2)Said road having been surveyed and a map thereof prepared by the County Engineer that pursuant to the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 2, Article 1, Section 28-202, A.R.S., 1956, a hearing on said petition will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, in the meeting room of said Board located at 205 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on the 22nd day of October 2003, at 9:00 A.M., for the purpose of considering the feasibility, advantage and necessity of the highway sought to be established, and you and each of you, and all persons wishing to object to the action prayed for in said petition are directed to file with said Board of Supervisors a statement in writing setting forth any objection or opposition and to show cause why said petition should not be granted.DATED this 24th day of September 2003.FRAN McCARROLL, CLERKBOARD OF SUPERVISORSPublished: October 2, 9, 2003
